It was my elderst and my youngest daughters birthdays this week so what a good excuse to practise my first 3 tier cake! Yes, it does look a bit like a simple wedding cake but my youngest daughter had her bedroom renovated and chose a black, white and red colour theme. She chose the cake and these colours!!!! Actually, it worked out really well as we had all the family over one evening, lit candles around the board of the cake, then cut only the bottom tier leaving the top two tiers for the birthday party she had with her friends
2 days later!!!
